A full production-ready deployment including data pipeline, model training, API integration, monitoring, and handover usually runs 3–6 months. We use iterative sprints so you see working results early and can course-correct along the way.

We are tool-agnostic and prioritise solutions that complement your team's existing workflows rather than forcing a wholesale replacement of your infrastructure.
A Proof-of-Concept (PoC) validates whether an AI approach can solve your specific problem using a representative sample of your data — fast and low-cost. A production system is robustly engineered for scale, reliability, and security: it includes automated data pipelines, model monitoring, drift detection, CI/CD deployment, and documentation so your internal team can maintain it long-term.
Data privacy is a first-class concern in every engagement. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements before accessing any client data. All work can be performed within your own cloud environment or on-premise so data never leaves your control. We follow POPIA (South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act) guidelines and can advise on GDPR compliance where applicable.
